pixelops™ started inside a small business that pursues government work. We needed to take on more opportunities and send high-quality responses on tight deadlines, without a large proposal department behind us. So we built the workspace we needed.
Why pixelops exists
Every pursuit starts the same way. Someone has to take apart hundreds of pages, understand what the customer is really asking for, and decide quickly whether to bid and how. For a small business, doing that by hand meant passing on work we could have won, or rushing work we wanted to be proud of.
pixelops brings everything we have learned about proposal development over the years into one place: the shred, the bid decision, the strategy, the drafting, the compliance review, and the package. Pixel does the heavy lifting between decisions, so the team spends its time on the calls only people can make.
It changed what we can take on. We pursue more opportunities, decide sooner, and send stronger responses than we could before. Now we are putting the same workspace in other teams’ hands, so they can do more, faster, too.
