Questions and answers
What is pixelops™?
pixelops is an AI workspace for businesses pursuing government opportunities. It keeps the whole pursuit in one place, from the first read of a solicitation to the package your team sends, and Pixel, its AI proposal assistant, does the reading, drafting, checking, and assembling.
Who is Pixel?
Pixel is the AI proposal assistant inside pixelops. It reads the solicitation, scores the bid, plans and drafts the response, draws the figures, checks compliance and page limits, and prepares the package. It tells you plainly what it is doing and what it needs from you.
What kinds of solicitations does it handle?
Requests for information, sources sought notices, requests for quotes, and requests for proposals. Pixel works from the documents you add, whatever agency issued them. The market check reads federal public data from SAM.gov and USAspending.
Does Pixel write the whole response?
Pixel drafts every section, draws the figures, and prepares the package documents it can, such as resumes, representations and certifications, letters, and the transmittal letter. Your team directs the work, reviews it, approves it, and sends it. Pixel never submits anything.
Where do Pixel’s facts come from?
From your Library: your company facts, past performance, people, products, partners, reusable content, and style rules, plus the solicitation itself. Pixel never invents a fact. When it needs something only your team knows, it asks, and it keeps the answer for the next response.
Can it keep a response within its page limits?
Yes. Pixel plans each document to its limit from the outline on, drafts each section to its share of the pages, counts pages as they will print, and fits a document that runs over or comes in well short.
Who can see our pricing?
Only the workspace owner and editors. Rate cards, price builds, and submitted prices are hidden from contributors and viewers, and prices never appear in notifications or activity records.
Can our partners and subject matter experts contribute?
Yes. Invite them as contributors to draft, review, and approve the sections they are given. Pixel uses a partner’s material in a response only once that partner is confirmed for the pursuit.
What file formats does it work with?
Add PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and text files. pixelops produces Word documents for each volume, an Excel price workbook, and a package of files named and sized to the solicitation’s rules.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. What you put into pixelops, and what Pixel writes for you, is not used to train AI models.
What do we need to install?
Nothing. pixelops runs in a web browser.
How is pixelops offered?
As a subscription. Starter and Team start online, from the Pricing page. Business is set up with us, and can include having Pythagorithm run pixelops for you as a managed service.
