Prices are in US dollars. Stripe handles checkout, and asks for your company’s legal name and SAM.gov UEI, which Pixel uses to build your company profile.

Every plan includes all of Pixel

Starter and Team get the same Pixel. A bigger plan buys more people and more responses, never a better one.

Reads the whole package

The solicitation, its attachments, and every amendment, in PDF, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. Pixel lists what the government asks for and what it left unclear.

Scores the bid

A brief across eight factors, from fit and competition to eligibility and runway, with the documents and public data each score rests on.

Builds the response

Once you decide to bid, Pixel plans the response, drafts every section in your voice, and draws the figures, without being asked.

Holds every page limit

Pixel plans to the limit from the outline on, counts pages as they will print, and fits each document to its limit.

Checks compliance

A crosswalk from every requirement to the place your response answers it, and a review that finds what is missing before an evaluator does.

Prepares the package

Representations, resumes, letters, forms, a transmittal letter, file names, and size checks, ready for your team to sign off.

How the plans work

What counts as a response?

Any response counts once, when Pixel starts planning it after you decide to respond: an RFI, a sources sought notice, an RFQ, or an RFP. Building it again from scratch counts again. Amendments, edits, and fixes never count, and neither does Pixel finishing a response it is already building. Bid briefs have an allowance of their own.

What if we need more?

Extra responses are $149 each on Starter and Team, and an admin can buy one whenever you need it. If you need more every month, move up a plan.

How do annual plans count responses?

An annual plan gets the whole year’s responses as one pool: 48 on Starter and 120 on Team. A busy month is covered.

Who needs a seat?

Owners and editors do. Contributors and viewers are free on every plan, so subject matter experts and teaming partners can draft, review, and approve their sections without one.

Can we cancel?

Yes, at any time. Your plan stays active to the end of the period you have paid for.

How do we pay?

By card, through Stripe, our payment processor. pixelops™ never sees or stores your card number. Business plans can also pay by invoice.

Why does checkout ask for our UEI?

So your workspace starts with your company already in it. When we set up your workspace, Pixel uses your UEI to build your company profile from your SAM.gov registration, and ties the workspace to that registration.

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell us what you pursue, and we will walk you through pixelops on a solicitation like yours.
