A workspace for your company alone
Each company works in its own workspace. People see only the workspaces they belong to.
Security and trust
Proposals carry your pricing, your people, and your strategy. pixelops™ is built so that work stays with your company, under your team’s control.
Each company works in its own workspace. People see only the workspaces they belong to.
Owners and editors run the workspace. Contributors draft, review, and approve the sections they are given. Viewers read.
Rate cards, price builds, and submitted prices are visible to the owner and editors, and to no one else. Prices stay out of notifications and activity records.
What you put into pixelops, and what Pixel writes for you, is not used to train AI models.
pixelops runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States, with your data encrypted in transit and at rest.
Each section keeps its history, each Pixel step is logged, and each decision shows who made it and when.
Pixel takes your company’s facts only from your Library: your size and socioeconomic status, certifications, registrations, contract vehicles, past performance, and people. It does not borrow them from an old proposal, and it does not fill a gap with something plausible. It asks.
Your team decides whether to bid, approves the plan, reviews every section, and sends the response. Pixel never submits anything, and it treats what it reads in a document as information, not as instructions.
We are glad to walk your security and contracts team through how pixelops is built and run.
