How it works
From the first notice to the final send.
pixelops™ follows the way capture and proposal teams already work. Pixel does the reading, drafting, checking, and assembling. Your team makes the calls.
Eight steps, one for each letter in pixelops.
-
Step 01
Bring in the solicitation
Add the solicitation package as PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or text files. Pixel reads every document and lists the requirements, instructions, evaluation factors, key dates, page limits, volumes, and submission rules, each tied to the passage it came from. It also names what the solicitation leaves unclear, as questions you can send before the deadline for questions.
What you getA brief of the opportunity and a requirements list your team can trust. -
Step 02
Decide whether to bid
Pixel scores the bid across eight factors: fit, customer, competition, eligibility, past performance, teaming, runway, and strategic value. It searches your whole Library and every past pursuit for evidence, and it reads public federal data (SAM.gov and USAspending) for who holds the work now, how it was bought, and whether the notice changed. Every score names what it rests on.
What you getA bid recommendation with its evidence. The decision is yours.Sample screen: a bid brief for a demonstration pursuit. -
Step 03
Plan the response
Once you decide to bid, Pixel plans the response: the volumes, the outline the solicitation calls for, the page budget for each section, the figures, and the documents the package needs. A document limited to three pages is planned for three pages from the start.
What you getAn outline sized to the limits, ready for your review. -
Step 04
Draft, draw, and check
Pixel drafts every section in your company’s voice from your Library, draws the figures, reviews the response against every requirement, fixes what the review finds, and fits each document to its page limit. Anything only your team knows becomes a short list of questions instead of a guess.
What you getA complete, compliant first draft. -
Step 05
Direct it in plain language
Tell Pixel what to change, the way you would tell a colleague: tighten a section, add a certification, move a figure, answer a question in the solicitation’s own words. Pixel carries out the direction and shows what changed.
What you getRevisions in minutes, with every change on record. -
Step 06
Review and approve together
Assign sections, request reviews, and route approvals through the people who sign off. Reviewers can work in Word with Track Changes and send the file back; the team decides, section by section, what to keep.
What you getOne place for every review, comment, and approval. -
Step 07
Package and send
Pixel prepares the package the solicitation asks for: the volumes in Word, the price workbook in Excel, representations and certifications, resumes, letters, forms, and a transmittal letter. It checks file names, sizes, and the count of pages, and lists where each requirement is answered. Your team sends it.
What you getA submission-ready package and a clear record of what went out.Sample screen: a package checklist with its sign-off page. -
Step 08
Learn from every submission
Each submitted response joins your Library, without its price, so the next bid starts further ahead. Answers your team gave Pixel are kept, so it never asks twice.
What you getA Library that gets stronger with every pursuit.
People decide. Pixel does the work between decisions.
pixelops stops at every point that calls for judgment and states plainly what it needs from you. Nothing is submitted by Pixel.
